Non Verified | I will never fly Spirit Airlines again. Beginning problem we never got an e-mail to ostend our flight. Our flight was supposed to exit 1.39, Apr 5. Finally called them at 11pm the nighttime earlier. They confirmed our flight but wouldn't let u.s.a. check in and pick our seats. They said we could do it at the airdrome. Of course by so the only seats left were middle seats and none together. When the aeroplane took off it was rattling and vibrating (truly was agape). They accuse $75 for check bags and carry ons ($150), ridiculous prices. You lot couldn't even get a complimentary glass of h2o. It was $3.50 for a glass of water. Nosotros had to circumvolve our inflow airdrome twice because the plane was going too fast to country. Lastly they didn't tell us what carousel our baggage would be at.

Not Verified | My family and I take experienced a travel experience like zilch before. Non Verified | Worst flight experience ever! Our flying was canceled after we checked in our baggage and returned our rental car. They rebooked our flying for the next day aforementioned fourth dimension, therefore we had to go some other rental car and a hotel room. After checking into our hotel nosotros decided to have a drinkable and arctic to find out that the flight we rebooked was also canceled. ✅ Trip Verified | My family and I had a direct flying from Hartford Conn. To Miami Florida. We where staying over night in Miami and boarding a cruise on April 16th. The aeroplane arrived at the airport and information technology looked like nosotros where going to board, and so they announced that our flight was canceled with no real explanation, the plane was sitting at the terminal? ✅ Trip Verified | So I had a flight going to Chicago from Phoenix for today April fifteen at 7pm and information technology was canceled around 12pm. I got no reason just offered me a $21 meal voucher (which expires April 16) and a hotel stay. I live in Phoenix then I didn't demand the hotel and my flight is canceled so what am I using this voucher on? I was going to Chicago to surprise my mother for her altogether on the 16th. I got offered another flight that left on the 16th at 5.30pm but didn't make it in Chicago until vi.30am Sunday morning. That was non helpful at all, especially since my return flight was Monday evening. This was my outset and last time using Spirit Airlines because this is ridiculous.

✅ Trip Verified | Detroit to Orlando. Our flying was delayed numerous times in our original divergence and our flying abode. We paid for seats that they did not give us and have refused to refund and in doing so we got separate up equally a family. I with my young children sat next to a gentleman that was sick with a snotty nose and coughing with my one-year-one-time daughter and my four-yr-onetime son equally my significant other had our other daughter behind me both of our daughters were lap infant. The gentleman next to me did non have a mask on even though they yelled at my four-yr-old son to put his on as he was eating Skittles but the gentleman next to me who was sick very clearly didn't have to wear one and in plough being separated from the family and sabbatum next to this person my children and myself are now sick.

✅ Trip Verified | Dreadful experience with this airline. We requested a credit extension for our flight that was cancelled due to the pandemic. Nosotros were told this was approved and would take 6 days to be received on our account. We therefore waited to volume our flights, and the prices increased significantly - after 6 days, we chosen once more and we were told the asking was not approved and nevertheless under review. 2 weeks afterward the flying prices had risen and so much our family holiday was ruined. I tried calling the airline customer services multiple times but they continued to hang upwardly on me. Awful customer service. Practice not recommend using this airline.

✅ Trip Verified | After having out tickets for over 2 months for bound pause spirit sends an email rescheduling our flying a solar day before. We book a flying because that's when we are available and hey Spirit, where practice yous suppose nosotros stay that actress dark? Then you can't talk to anyone, your options are to reschedule (good luck), flight credit or refund. Judge what? 2 days later on our original flight is still available for booking online? Don't waste your time or hard earned money, use a traditional airline and pay the actress $50 for a more trusted service and a better chance of actually getting there. The old saying is truthful, you get what you pay for ... or in Spirits globe, it will cost you lot double because you are just some other confirmation on the itinerary.
